Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is reduced to 14 days for items in the sale or that have been subject to a discount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com Please note that returns will incur postage cost to yourself, which must be tracked and insured. The exception to this is returns due to faulty products, where we will send you a shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been made or altered by you, came to you shrink wrapped or in sealed packaging and you have broken the wrapping or seal. We are unable to accept returns of gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We would advise that you use a tracked or insured method of posting the item back to us in case it goes missing. We are not responsible for the item until it is received by Gingerly Eco
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be given for the product cost only, once confirmed upon receipt and exclude postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
