Packaging & Delivery

Here at Gingerly Eco we even take simple steps to sustainability with our packaging.

That's why all our orders are packaged in either a compostable bag (suitable for home composting) or fully recyclable boxes (which could be home composted too). You may notice that some of our boxes are also recycled boxes too.

We really care about our planet so try to take the extra steps we can. 

With your order you will receive 'A Gift of Herbs' - one of our herb paper thank you cards (pictured above).

Herbs include - Dill, Thyme, Basil & Rocket.

We wanted to THANK YOU in a special way for supporting our family business that also gives back to the environment.

Each seed card will require planting for you to harvest herbs for your kitchen. You will also be providing valuable food for bees and other insects. Little did we know but some herb plants, such as those in this card, are more likely to encourage Bees in to your garden to enjoy other flowers too.

For those of you with children or grandchildren it certainly is a fun activity to do with them!

FAST & FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50

We take great care to make sure we use the most reliable method to ship your parcel to give you peace of mind. We know how important it is to our customers to make sure you get the items you need without any hassle. That's why we use Royal Mail as our standard postage method. Not to mention they offer the lowest carbon emissions service. Delivery is £3.85 and Free on orders over £50 with UK addresses.

Please note during our closing down sale that dispatch times may be longer due to high volume of sales. We thank you for your support and patience.

We package and ship your orders Monday-Friday. Our Delivery options are outlined below:

Standard Delivery - £3.85 (free for orders over £50)

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. This may take a little longer during sales and lead up to Christmas.

Your order is shipped with Royal Mail and has a delivery aim of 2-3* working days.

You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched.

*Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude bank holidays. Please note that dispatch emails are automatically generated and if sent late in the evening it does not necessarily mean that your parcel has been sent with that days post. So do check the time of the email.

Please note during busy seasons such as sale events and leading up to Christmas it may take us a little longer to dispatch your parcel. We apologise for any delays.
